I am home for the holiday and enjoying the visit. Lots of relatives came in from out of town, including me. Here are some shots.

I am sitting in the airport, on the floor, in order to use my laptop to connect to a network located inside the admiral’s lounge. Not sure why tmobile did not place a broadcaster outside the lounge, but at least I am able to connect. I did something I rarely do in these circumstances, I left my camera at home. I just figured I would use my Dad’s once I got home. So instead of posting a photo from the airport window, or something similar, I am posting an old favorite.

I recently got an email from Morgan to send her the shots I have taken of her. I had to go back in my archives a few years to find them. I had a lot of fun going to those shows. I miss them. I might just have to try and go to Belle Aire’s show at Hamburger Mary’s when I get back from the holidays.
I met the guy on the right a few times at dragstrip and always thought he was cute. But alas he told me he lives in the OC and does not come up to Los Angeles very often. Maybe he will read this and consider going on a date. Heck I do not even recall what his name is 🙂

I am going home to visit my family for the thanksgiving holiday. It will be a nice change of pace as saint louis tends to be, well, quite midwestern. I cant wait to see my two cute nieces. I usually stay at my sister’s house, but this time I am going to stay at Mom’s. It will be interesting to see if she nags me a lot about getting a ‘real’ job. My family does not seem to understand my creative/artist path. It took me many years to come to the realization that I am not well suited for a corporate nine to five desk job. I know my photography is special, and that I have a great eye. I just keep doing what I know I was placed on earth for which is to capture people and places on camera.
