Pretty routine last night. Nothing that exciting for me. I took hand full of shots. It can be a challenge to shoot people-of-color because of the shadows and contrast. Here are samples tho.

I had a really fun time at the drag show. Jackie was at her prime during a beating of an audience member with a cane. But in all seriousness, they were entertaining and looked great.
Spit Club and Shane Wake
I went last night to a mock wake as a going away party for my friend Shane. Then to a xmas gig at Spit Club. I enjoyed it and met some new people. Today I went to a new astrology group in Santa Monica. They are not as structured as the Hollywood one, but I enjoyed meeting them and talking about common things.
Cocktails with Parker and Dirty Pop
Had a very long day with two events. Parker Williams was the guest. He photographed well. And then I stayed for College night called Dirty Pop for Anthony. I experimented with ISO settings and found my original thoughts were right. Very high ISO produces way too much noise even though it allows for some flexibility. I plan to try a few more tests next time. But I decided not to charge for this round of pics.
