Sunday was a big fundraiser for APLA called Aids Walk Los Angeles. I do not support this organization as I found most of their staff to have too much attitude and not enough compassion. I am surprised the reputation is not better known among the community. Ah well. They seemed to have gotten several thousand supporters to walk for money on Sunday morning. Hopefully they will use this in a good way.

Last night I was asked to cover the Showgirls performance at Mickys. I do not know all of the gossip, however, Jackie Beat is no longer the hostess on Mondays. The new one is called Womina Wells and does a black type ghetto character. She had lots of energy and seemed fun. Of course the supporting performers were always fun too. The queens always make for great pictures.

I went last night to Spirit of Hope Awards , a benefit for Being Alive LA, a provider of HIV/AIDS services for the community. It was very inspirational to hear a lot of things from honerees and presenters concerning research and hope. The comedians were funny, especially the blond from new york.? Billy Masters came to host as sub for Scott. It was nice to see him. Most of the regulars were there too. Oh, I made a change to my website.
